Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Alpharetta

We stayed here while our son played a baseball tournament in the area. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Great rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nick and all the staff at the front counter are amazing no matter what time of day! I highly recommend this place for the level of service which is top notch. Rooms are massive and well kept. The breakfast was impressive. We booked here for a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater and would stay here every single time moving forward. 5 stars for sure!!

I stayed here for about a month recently and had a very pleasant stay. I transfered here from another location and was pleased with my decision. They were accommodating to move me to a different room when the water wasn't hot enough in the shower. I would stay here if I have to go back to the area for work or pleasure.

​​The rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, and customer service earned 5 stars. My review would move from a 4 to a 5 if the lobby areas were more conducive to work and parking was more plentiful in the evening. Pros: Rooms: clean and nice layout Gym: Good air circulation/ smells fresh, Peloton, step-up cube, weights go up to 50 lbs, nice treadmills. Clean and updated design: Grounds and interior site, shared spaces, and rooms. Breakfast: grits, waffles, other hot items with alternating pork/turkey/ chicken sausage, tacos (2 salsa options and chilies), potatoes or hash browns, muffins, cereal, good coffee and tea options (i.e. honey and raw sugar condiments), Parking: easy during the day. Staff: The front desk staff is always very helpful. I would stay again for these reasons. Cons: Lobby/ work spaces - TV volume and background music play together throughout the day. This makes conference or video calls difficult. I recommend headphones if you need to work in the lobby. All other seated work areas are less noisy but closer to the front desk or elevators. As a result, where you will hear conversations and the background music. If you want to sit and talk, these areas it is perfect. At least one quiet work area would be nice since they do not have an enclosed office space. Parking- the parking lot is very full in the evening but you can usually find places in the back.

This is a very nice hotel, in a very convenient, yet quiet location. Our room was so nice, and very clean , and loved having a balcony. Only negative thing I can say is the bathtub filled up with water when I took a shower, and had to get my husband to fix it where it would drain, but that was a minor inconvenience . We are staying there again in a couple of weeks, and anytime we are back in the area.

Very clean hotel, great breakfast buffet with self-made waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee (coffee served all-day). housekeeping service every other day, and a nice-sized kitchenette, with a full-sized refrigerator and two-burner cooktop, for cooking meals. The only things I wish were different are the sizes of the double beds (they are truly full-sized beds) and the pool water was a bit cold during late May/early June when we stayed there. Very hospitable staff! I enjoyed my stay here.

Homewood never disappoints. I like the Hilton app room access. Our room was clean and ready early. Miller Ale House is just across the street. We stayed here to attend a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre
